How to open Internet Explorer in Full Screen (Kiosk) Mode
If you would like to open Internet Explorer in Full Screen (Kiosk) mode simply use “iexplore.exe -k” (from the Run option of the Start Menu).
Alternatively, you could create a desktop shortcut - or add a shortcut in your Startup folder if you want it opening automatically on startup.
